Made into The Ultimate Cruiser

Everyone knows Harleys, many idolize what they have and others always strive for something more, or just like us- simply love and appreciate the bike, just like its owner!

 

This Softail S is as some would say The Ultimate Cruiser! Combining all you need and want from it- the looks, power to perform, comfort and obviously Screaming Eagles straight from Harley Davidsons nest! And here’s one we’ve had the pleasure to work on one of them and here’s the amazing result!

 

Cogs brought his machine to Armadillo Customs intending to make it his own and  to make it what his dream of want he wanted it to be.

 

His bike was originally black, but… once upon a time Cogs saw something, and he wanted it… we all know the story! Few years back whilst in America, he saw bike like his, though in a different color scheme – Harleys own special limited edition Olive Gold Denim.

 

When Cogs stopped by at Armadillos for a quote, he knew what he wanted, he also knew how much he wanted to spend and Chris did his magic – high quality at sensible price!

After discussing the cost and schedule of jobs with customer, Chris got his hands on the bike, stripping it bare for a full health check before the makeover!

 

  • Exhaust heat shields got Cerakoted – it gives smooth and long lasting finish
  • Metal fork cover were slightly corroded- (happens when you tend to use your bike).
    Those got blasted, powder coat primed to protect the metal, and sprayed black to match the rest.
  • Tank and both mudguards sprayed in beautiful Olive Gold Denim, take a look at the outstanding finish.
  • Even some hand grenade finishing touches on the dust caps – as it’s all about the quality and detail of finish that makes an ACL bike stand out amongst any of the rest.
